2Content Requirements

Title & author names in large, bold font at the top
Full author names, affiliations, and institutional logos included
Poster content matches the approved abstract
Trade names spelled out on first mention only; generic names used thereafter for all drugs/compounds

3Design Recommendations

Font Sizes

Title: 80–100 pt
Section headers: 50–70 pt
Body text: 30–45 pt (minimum 24 pt)

Readability

Legible from 1–2 meters away
Bullet points used; text kept concise

Color & Contrast

High contrast (e.g., dark text on light background)
Limited to 2–3 complementary colors
Red/green combinations avoided (colorblind accessibility)

Graphics

High-resolution charts/images used
All figures clearly labeled

Layout

Sections numbered or arrows used to guide reading (top to bottom)

4Presenter Identification

Photo and short professional bio or email in a corner (top or bottom)
Optional: QR code linking to CV, profile, references, or extended materials

5Submission Deadlines

Final poster upload deadline: November 1st, 2026, 11:59 p.m.
Poster submitted electronically via the designated email
After receiving the acceptance email, abstract submission is allowed until November 22nd at the latest in provided template

6Presentation Logistics

Session time: TBD — group slot notified by November 29, 2026
Presentation time: maximum 2 minutes per participant
Presenter present during assigned time slot
Backup copy of poster prepared in case of technical issues

Downloadable handouts, extended abstracts, or video summaries via QR code/link
Alt-text added to key images (if hosted on a web platform)
